I’ve had their food before at the Dixie location, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The soup had a strand of hair in it, and when I asked for it to be redone, it came back so sour it was inedible. They refused to refund or fix the issue, so I ended up losing my money. The fried rice was also terrible—far too salty. Very dissatisfied with the quality and service
I don't know why rating is low here. Customer service is amazing. They are very accommodating and friend to 1st timers. They gave us free spring rolls on top of what was ordered. I ordered their special soup and I like it.
Best Thai express experience ever, fried rice is so so so delicious, General thai is very fresh and crispy, way better than others, definitely be there again, highly recommend......
Super cute takeout boxes. Taste was very good. Thai Yellow curry with rice - perfect taste and portion. Pad thai - very good The chocolate banana dessert seemed to be very Little because of the box but was just fine a little pricey for $5.
Bought a soup in this place and found a short thick black hair in it (I have long blonde hair). Went to get a refund and the guy was offering me half my money back. No apology, not even a try at caring. If you are into half priced hair contaminated food, yum away.
Let me start with saying I love Thai Express but definitely not the one at Dixie Mall. Terrible customer service and poor food quality. Would never visit this particular location. Pad Thai was dry and had literally two end pieces of broccoli. That was suppose to be vegetarian Pad Thai. Disappointed, Do not recommend!
Chicken fried rice thai had no tomatoes one piece of pineapple. Last two orders I got home and order was incorrect I mentioned this at yesterday's visit hopefully it would be correct but it wasn't. I'll drive to sherway next time
