I’ve been going here I think about a year now. Everytime I visit the guys are very friendly. Speed of service is fast and food is always cooked fresh and honestly more delicious than other locations. I highly recommend this place to friends and family.
My gift card with 48 dollars remaining disappeared from my account back in February via the app. I created multiple support claims and have tried to reach out many times with no response from the Owners/Support team.
Had a good experience at Thai Express in Mississauga on Dixie. I got the General Thai Mango dish, spicy, and it was very tasty and flavourful. It was made quickly. Clean looking restaurant and clean washrooms.
I've eaten here a few times in the past few weeks eating out with the office. The green curry is straight up not good. It's not the location's fault, the recipe is just bad. I had the green curry at Mt. Sinai's Thai Express and it was the same. Can't taste the lime leaf and cant taste the coconut milk. Today I had the pad thai and it was ok, but given the choice in that plaza, I'll probably choose something else next time.
Came by Wednesday evening and welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. Food was ok, next time I will dine in and see if there’s any difference taste wise.
thai express redirected me to some site called "Ritual" when i tried to place a delivery order, asked for my address and CC#, once I placed the order and the order was accepted, a message popped up saying "you can pick up your order in 10 min" I started panicking and called the store, the owner picked up and had me on hold for 5 min listening to her talking to customers. I kept trying to interrupt so that she tells the cooks to not proceed w my order.. she got so mad, was not willing to help at all. If youre the owner and do not have ANY customer service skills, maybe you shouldnt be the face of your company... I ended up resolving this ISSUE with Ritual, but decided to call back Thai express (a few times) to let her know that im going to place an order from another company and for her to just send me that initial order (thats apparently been made within a minute) but she didnt want to speak with me.. so I order from another thai express and didnt have to worry about the owner doing anything to my food. Smiling at paying customers and telling them you love them doesnt make you good ... knowing how to deal with uncomfortable situation does. I will not go to this particular location..
I prefer Thai express when it's in a mall, just for the nice plates. Otherwise this one in great for takeout. The seats and drink machine are good too.
