I found Mr Harbhajan’s contact on Google and I’m so glad I called him to repair my Sony Smart TV. He is prompt, reliable, and true to his word. Very knowledgeable, has decades of experience, and very professional. He arrived on time, didn’t miss his ETA, and even helped us move our TV to another floor. He also made sure the TV software was fully updated before leaving. Highly recommend his services!

Best in service and response at the same time. I was quite worried about my LED which stopped working suddenly. I got the reference of Mr Harbhajan (The Owner) from one of my friend and to my surprise he not only Diagnose my TV issue but also came up with solving up my problem at my place itself. Thanks again

I am very pleased with the service I experienced with TV Repair Center. 1) The owner was very prompt in returning my call. 2) He was very knowledgeable about my unit. This is not a computer repair company that dabbles in TV’s. They know TV issues and how to repair them. 3) It is difficult to find a good company that will come into Toronto from the suburbs. The TV Repair Center technician promptly made an appointment and provided an estimate before visiting my home. I recommend this company.

I had the best service ever from TV Repair Centre. I called to get it fixed on Thursday morning, he came to pick it up soon after to take it to his shop to fix it and returned it on Saturday all fixed up. He came at the time he said he would. I've had servicemen give me a time when they would arrive and sometimes didn't even show up. He is so professional and courteous. Thank you so much! Vincy P., Thornhill.

Excellent service. I had already googled the problem I was having and knew that the backlight needed replacing. I called and Harbhajan came the next day, confirmed that the backlight was the problem and gave me a quote. Instead of just replacing the faulty strip he recommended replacing all of them. Gave me an excellent price, took the tv away on Friday and returned it Tuesday better than new. I would highly recommend giving AAA Expert TV Repairs a call.

When my TV recently encountered some issues, I thought long and hard to determine my next steps. Most people automatically assume to just buy a new TV, and many people will tell them that. Given the fact that I really don't have the funds for a new TV, plus seemingly it looks like these Samsungs are susceptible to eventual issues, I looked around online to see if there are any competent repair shops that are willing to do this repair at a reasonable (to me) cost. I thought I had found one who agreed to a price and agreed to pick up and deliver to me, as I don't have the car space for this, but disappointingly, they did not call me when they said they would, and did not come by to pickup when they said they would. When I called them, the guy was pretty apologetic and said he would pass the request along to someone who can take care of me right away. I can't say I was impressed with the other company, but I just wanted my TV fixed. So enter TV Repair Centre. The fellow from that company called me almost immediately, and started taking my information. Now, I thought that the initial company would have passed along all the agreed upon details. In a few minutes, the TV Repair Centre person had my info and would honour the price and timelines the other company had given. I sent him some texts with photos of the problem my TV was having (major problem was swaths of black shadowing in the middle, minor problems were bright stress marks on the bottom, though that I could live with). Well, on the same day, when he said he would come, Harbhajan showed up and picked up the TV (this was a Thursday or Friday). He left his card and wrote on the back receipt of the TV and wrote the terms of the agreed upon repair (price). He told me he would get it back to me the following Tuesday. On Tuesday Harbhajan advises that he will be there in the afternoon and the TV was fixed. I asked if he saw the white stress marks. He said he did not. Well, he delivered the TV Tuesday morning when he said he would and we plugged it in. Lo and behold, the original problem was fixed. Now only that, but he said he didn't see the white stress marks there and they weren't there anymore. I suspect when the backlight was changed (and he explained in detail how he did it and he did the entire backlight instead of just some), it likely fixed the problem. He also told me while he had the TV open he looked for other issues and fixed a "fuser board" issue in which one of the capacitors was bulging. It was great that he was able to do proactively mitigate other potential problems as well with the TV. I was very pleased with the repair. He told me there is a 30 days warranty on parts/labour and so far after a week, the TV is functioning as normal, and even better than before as the stress marks are gone. I am very happy to recommend Harbhajan and his company for your TV repairs. He is trustworthy, and despite the fact that TV repairs are not cheap, I was happy with both the service and the turnaround. I can tell he takes pride in his work and is confident in both his abilities from a technical perspective as well as his promise of fulfilment to the customer. Thanks again for the good work. SUBSEQUENT EDIT: About a month later, a similar problem resurfaced. I contacted Harbhajan directly, and to his word, he came and picked up the TV at his expense and repaired it, getting it back to me the following week. He told me what the problem was and reapaired it. A couple of months later, TV is still going strong, but it's nice to know someone that actually honours their word and warranty. Highly recommend him.

Absolutely deplorable customer service. I called to get a quote for a Samsung TV repair. I never once told the man that I could not afford to fix it, but he was so rude and unprofessional he kept yelling in the phone that "it will cost too much buy a new TV!" I just bought the TV less than a month ago. The picture STILL shows. The sound still works. Why would I throw it out? How is that good for the environment. Completely disgusting customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. When I called back to get the price of the repair (WHICH IS WHAT I CALLED REGARDING) he "Mr. Singh" refused to answer the phone.

Tashena Jelani I give you a honest and right advice because I don’t want it visit your place and charge you a service call and tell the same thing .Because broken screen is not worth fixing.I am sorry if I sounded rude over the phone but that’s not my intention. Thanks anyway,I will try to improve myself.
