I called them few days ago for one old man needs a cab. He has a car but he lost his way and he doesn't know how to go back. He wanted to go Toronto general hospital but he was in panic his wife was sick he went wrong way and he comes to mississauga. Some people try help but he got more confused. Even though one of the person got his wallet. I never call uber because I want to help local businesses that's why I called this company as usual. Who answered the phone he demanded pay first. I explained situation he can't pay and someone waiting at the address with money. He said no. I reached his daughter which is she is in hospital with mother. I asked them can you called uber. They did and finally this old man can reach home. I asked man stay 2 and half hour i can drop you but he got soo scared he wantsto gohomesoon aspossible. Money talks those day our kindness dead even though still willing to pay. SHAME
Booked on their app, said it would be a VW car, a rundown van showed up with no signs or stickers or name. Driver asked if we booked to airport (we did not) then he confirmed our booking name. When we got the location correct he started a GPS yet he didn't follow it and took a scenic route racking up the meter cost and driving like crazy as i assume he thought because our pickup was a hotel we wouldn't know yet i do this trip often and have a good understanding of the area. Van was more like a construction vehicle with stuff all over it. Was quoted $21.00 on app turned out to be $30. We decided to uber it back to the hotel in a clean and luxury ride for $18.
We called this company the night before to reserve a taxi to the airport, and the person took down the address of the hotel where we were staying, repeated back to me the details of time, my name, etc. Next morning they were a no show and when I called, had no record of the reservation, and didn't apologize. Our hotel had to call a different taxi for us.
Driver pulls up, says my name so I know it’s the right company, but he had zero signage or meter. I refused to get in. This was the 2nd car they sent cuz the first one came and left before the time I had requested.
Waited 1 hour for a taxi, called several times was told 30 min the first time , 12 minutes the second time and after waiting one hour the third time I called they said there was no reservation for me and they could call another one completely unprofessional, terrible company DO NOT USE
What a joke of a company. First time I called was told that there was no one in my vicinity. Then I called later in the evening, a cab to chuck's roadhouse. Yup 20 to 25 minutes okay. 15 minutes later I get a text message "thanks, see you again " so I call and ask what is up?. They said that the cab was there and nobody came out. I was standing outside waiting and no cab even pulled up.
Thank you, Eddie for your assistance during our trips to the hospital and photo studio to take my mother's photo ID. He went above and beyond to help us and was very empathetic and kind. We need more wheelchair transit drives like you :)
