I saw Mr. Nihad Al-Safadi as part of the federal government's Community Volunteer Income Tax Program while I was a student and making a low income. Mr. Al-Safadi's service and professionalism was exceptional, even when providing a free and volunteer service. He was prompt to attend our meeting (which was over the phone due to COVID-19), answered all of my questions, and even took the time to ensure I understood all components of my tax return (something that, in the past, paid preparation services either rushed me through or would be annoyed that I asked). I will definitely be coming back to Mr. Al-Safadi next year as a paid customer.
