this is, hands down, the best sushi place I have ever eaten in Mississauga. it is like a small sushi bar in Japan, in an alley way, literally. it breaks my heart to see people walk away b/c this place is so tiny, it only dines 6 ppl. the family is very nice & welcoming. best food ever. please dont expect a big place. they put their heart into the food more than the appearance of the restaurant.
There’s something about their Sushi that tastes fresher than any other. It’s a cute little place run by a warm and welcoming family. Their takeout always reminds me why I enjoyed it the first time, and I hope one day I can enjoy a meal in the little restaurant.
This place is somewhat hidden in a strip mall next to the Food Basics. As it was a hole in the wall, we had no idea what to expect. But it was one of the best sushi restaurants we’d ever been to, and we’ve been to A LOT. Fantastic and fresh quality sashimi, sushi, and maki at decent prices. It is family owned and run, and you can tell they pour their heart and soul into making sure their customers have a great meal. This will certainly be our go-to for sushi in the future. Stopped in here after the movies, and I’m so glad I did! It’s a quaint little shop that is tucked in an alleyway (follow the signs), that’s filled with the nicest people! Had a combo with a red dragon roll + 4 sashimi and 4 sushi pieces. Hands down one of the best red dragon rolls I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will definitely return and highly recommend!
I am a HUGE sushi lover, and I stumbled upon Sushi Haru 2 months ago on Ubereats. This is hands down the freshest, most delicious, high quality and affordable sushi I have ever had. I have now ordered it about once a week for the last two months. The salmon lover platter is incredible. I LOVE the Spicy Rose Roll, it’s the best specialty roll I have ever had. The Golden Dragon Roll is amazing as well. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Get it now!!
After seeing the great reviews, I was excited to try a new sushi place and I’m glad I did. I ordered the salmon lover’s combo and shrimp tempura, which came with a salad and miso soup. I was really impressed with how fresh and tasty the food was. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I thought the pricing was quite fair for the quality I received. Will definitely be going back and recommending this place!
It is not about atmosphere here it’s about freshness of the food, and Haru has it in spades. Will be back. Came back once and ordered through Uber once and we were disappointed both times. Oh well the search continues.
