I asked them for a quote on replacing my staircase and I was informed they would install new stairs only after I remove the old stairs …. WHAT …? Not a company that wants business I guess.
Searched around to get other quotes. For the quality and the price we paid, we’re happy we went with Mississauga Stairs. Will definitely do more business in the future.
We had our old stair case removed and a new one installed. Amazing service, great quality of work and a truly amazing product. Mississauga Stairs ensured that the project was kept clean during removal and install. Highly Recommend.
Terrible company that does not stand behind it's product. I ordered a staircase from them and heard a lot of assurances about how dedicated they are to providing an excellent staircase to each customer. When the staircase finally came, they had built it too big and had not kept account of proper clearances under the landings. Additionally, their installers installed the staircase out of level and it noticeably squeaked. When I brought these issues up, they kept giving me the run around. Finally after two weeks I had enough and hired another company to fix the staircase.
