Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was disappointing. The place looked very dirty and poorly maintained. Everything was scattered around, disorganized, and there was visible dirt and trash throughout the facility. This made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness standards.
It was great experience. They are providing special offers. Must try there swedish massage and turkish Bath(Hammam). Staff is very nice. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommended
The receptionist is kind and patient but apart from that this place is a mess and missing all the components of a proper hammam and id stay far far away in general. Doesnt even have floors. And dont be fooled by the fake pictures management has posted, nothing exists for the hammam apart from one room for the actual scrubbing. Huge joke
I’ve been to Paradise Spa three times now, and unfortunately, each visit has gotten worse. During my sessions, all I could hear was the owner shouting extremely loudly at the employees which completely ruined the relaxing atmosphere a spa should have. On a previous visit, the owner even opened the door to my room in the middle of my Turkish hammam session, changed the therapist without explanation, and left me freezing for 15 minutes. I decided to give the spa another chance today, but the same thing happened again loud shouting and staff changes mid-session. I don’t come here for free I pay for a peaceful, relaxing experience, and that’s exactly what this place fails to deliver. For a spa, maintaining quiet and comfort should be the top priority. Sadly, I’ll never return to this place again. *(Just to reply on your fake response)* Wow, it’s impressive how quickly this “20 years of excellence” business managed to twist the truth instead of taking accountability. Let’s be clear: I never behaved unprofessionally toward anyone. What actually happened (multiple times) is your owner yelling across the spa loud enough to ruin any sense of relaxation something that’s easily confirmed by anyone who’s been there. If you truly “never accept unprofessional behavior,” maybe start by applying that rule to your management. Having the owner barge into treatment rooms mid-session, swap therapists without warning, and leave paying customers freezing for 15 minutes doesn’t exactly scream professionalism. And as for your “family-oriented business” claim families teach respect, honesty, and accountability. You might want to revisit those lessons before accusing customers of things they didn’t do. If you’re being honest, then go ahead and provide video evidence showing that I was ever rude or unprofessional because it doesn’t exist. A family member was with me during my visit and can confirm exactly what happened. The loudest voice in that spa isn’t the customers it’s the owner shouting through the walls. Maybe instead of asking me to lower my voice, you should ask him to lower his. Shame
I have been coming here since 3 months now. All the members I have met so far has been very good. Came at late hours. One of the Punjabi girl was amazing. Pressure that was applied was of my level. I mean the amount we pay is the best deal in entire GTA
This place isn’t for that luxury experience however if you’re within the Mississauga area and want to give yourself a treat and go have a nice experience for a good price , the staff is super friendly and welcoming : my first technician for the Hamam ‘ Ruksar’ was the most friendly and sweetest pretty girl that made sure my experience was very comfortable for me , made sure in had a bandana and skirt to ensure my personal comfort even checking in periodically regarding the water temp on top of demonstrating great service and accommodation. The second time I came here ‘ Baljeet’ was my massage therapist and did a great job and worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience
You can't attract customers with a uneffecient trying. Good service can attract customer satisfaction. I have a bad experience with the poor quality service provided by this clinic. They hired new students to provide services. At the door, they sell gift cards by putting pressure on you.
