The gentleman working there offered good advice on buying different styles of cleats and explained the differences between artificial ground, firm ground and soft ground cleats to me in great detail. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.
I hate to do it but I can't tolerate poor customer service. Shop was empty when i entered the shop but received minimum attention from the owner who kept doing his other stuff. I looked around and then asked for cleats for my size. Owner brought couple to try, while I was trying and had made up my mind to buy it, couple of other people entered who probably were regular customers or acquaintances and owner left me and started chatting with those people, I tried to grab his attention few times by roaming behind other people but no response from owner. All this while I was just ready to buy the cleats. After 5 to 10 minutes of ignoring me while owner kept chatting with other people, I finally gave up and left while shaking my head, he saw me and even then did not care to ask me. Ironically none of the customers he was busy chatting bought anything and he lost an actual customer. I think in his mind, he had decided I was there just wasting his time as I am a big guy in my late 30s. Whatever was it, it's a classic example of how you lose a customer. And it was not just cleats I was hoping to buy..was looking to chat about soccer balls and uniforms for a tournament.
When the store says it opens at 12pm and no one is there even half hour later - FAIL! Open your doors according to your hours posted on the door. #Brutal
Love this store very child friendly environment my children even just loving going to the store just to visit the staff i would totally say its the best soccer store we have been too
The best soccer/football store they have in Mississauga. They also do team uniforms worth to do it here then others. So i strongly refer to come here 100%.
The service was excellent, they helped create 40 jerseys for my school team within 2 weeks and the quality of the products were excellent! I'll definitely be back soon!
