Called to see if they could do a decal of my dog for the back of my truck. Rob told me minimum is 100, so i said do two with names, dates, etc. He said could be doable email me. So, i emailed this was a Thursday afternoon. Waited till Monday with no response so called and left a message with the receptionist. 3 weeks later not an email or a phone call. Cant be that busy, and sorry i wasnt spending crazy money but this was important to me. Took me business elsewhere. They did a beautiful job. And they did a beautiful job On my store window in memory of my dog Simon. If you dont feel the work is worth your time at least have the professionalism to respond to an email.
Bob Ramsden did an amazing job coordinating with me for the entire process of our specialized high-profile last minute request extra large format banner print and installation at the Canon Canada headquarters in Brampton. We were getting nervous on our end running out of time on deadlines after other vendors were taking too long to respond, so it was very impressive how much initiative Bob took once we reached out. He went above and beyond to make sure the whole process was as smooth and quick as possible from the beginning to end, and his installation team were also a joy to work on-site with as well.
