Very Untrained, Rude and Misbehaved Staff. If its not Mandatory to collect the stuff from this Branch, i would never prefer to go there. Noor Singh “the name he told me about him” though he was not wearing name badge, was very rude and unethical. No courtesy, No respect, No politeness just do or die. He was even unable to explain the policy. Re training is much required. I have met so many UPS service agents and i always found then the best bit i dont know whats wrong with this branch
I've been into this UPS store a few times over the past couple months, and I am genuinely impressed at how professional, kind and sincere Sohaib is upon every visit. I'm greeted with a smile, and friendly tone no matter what service I require.
I received excellent service at UPS. The employee Sohaib was very polite, attentive, and professional. He helped me quickly process my shipment and explained everything clearly. I’m very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!
It was my first time coming here, and I got a little confused at first because I followed the sign, but it was actually a different spot. The entrance isn’t under the sign. you need to go around to the other side next to the salon. Once I found it, the staff was super friendly and helped me really quickly. Thank you.
Nov 2025: After having trouble with UPS online pickup due to their misinformation, I came to this branch for help.Was assisted by Sohaib in store and Hassan on the phone. Even during busy or stressful times, Sohaib maintained professionalism & customer care. I was there for a couple hours and he assisted me with respect the whole time. Hassan was very helpful to me on the phone. Also the driver's Paul and his partner were amazing. Thank you all 2024: Went to this location for the first time and was served by Nelson. It is indeed my pleasure to put forward my views with regards to the efficient service provided by UPS Courier, towards International parcel delivery i.e USA (California). I really admire Mr. Tehseen co-ordination and timely service. Even the staff for that matter are very polite & helpful. I was very worried since my package was heavy and they had to repack all the items into smaller boxes, but everything seemed to reach properly and without any damage. One stop for everything. I went there to get some printouts and also ship a parcel to USA. They helped me out with everything and was so fast. Somya is so efficient, she did everything so quickly. Definitely recommend.
