Why I’m giving this location a one star is for the following… I had a package to drop off. I went to the staff at the front desk. I asked him if I can Get one strand one line of tape to seal the top of the box he said I have to pay a packaging fee . So me confused I said I’m not packaging. Anything I just need a strand of tape. He said no it’s $2 which on the paper that he pointed at it said $2.50. Again, I said it’s not like I have my product and I’m giving it to you guys to package up for me. I just need one strand of tape to seal the top. He kept refusing no no no you have to pay.. I said I find that absurd and ridiculous so I took my box and I had an idea just to go next-door and ask them for a strand of tape with no problems. They gave me a strand of tape to use, and I went back next-door and dropped the box off. If this is a franchise doing or a companywide, that’s pretty ridiculous. I understand if again I’m giving you my Product to package up for me, but if I Wanted a piece of tape that shouldn’t be a problem. Do you guys charge to scissors as well? Ridiculous

Akhil was amazing! I went to Staples on Burnhamthorpe close to Central Parkway to ship a simple envelope using FED EX and they tried to charge me $60. I was appalled. I took a short drive to UPS at 1140 Burnhamthorpe and Akhil was so professional and polite. He quoted me $15 plus tax and went step by step through the mailing process with me. He asked me to double check the address label and offered another delivery date option just in case. Very patient and understanding! Thank you!
Thanks to Akhil for his help saving us some money by cutting our too large box to the smallest possible size. He was very kind and professional and we appreciated his good sense of humor, telling us he won't charge us for the tape
