I used Canadian Rack Technologies when I moved into my new warehouse years ago and they were nothing but incredible! Kevin and his team worked within my schedule and made things happen faster than they probably should have. They bought my used racking, sold me new racking and reused some racking from the new space we were moving to, saving us money. Did I mention that the pricing was excellent in comparison to the competition Well, it was.... Price and service level at a top tier makes these guys great! I will be moving warehouses again very soon and Kevin and his Rack.ca team have won the business based on prior experience and knowing very well the type of person the owner is. He makes things happen when they need to happen! The person I was dealing with was not even pleasant in the first place, ordered was wrong and been trying to go back n forth last 10 days and complained that I couldn't be reach where as he couldn't even send the invoice in properly. Also the installation fees that they charged is ridiculous high. There are so many places out there that given a reasonable installation fees and take care of the clients. Obviously they don't need client here that why!
