I wish I could give a zero. Please stay away from this scam, I ordered a bogo deal from Uber, paid extra for chicken and what I got was a small bowl full of fries and literally 2-3 strands of shaved shawarma. Its a total waste of money and its scamming people in the disguise of BOGO, stay away guys.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Awful service, rude employees and terrible shawarma. Tough dry meat, felt like leftover old meat. I will not be back.
I have been here multiple times. But one thing that stood out was Prayag’s service. From taking your order to making the delicious meal, his service was exceptional. He was kind and warm to his customers unlike my previous experience at the place.
I ordered two meals at 12:33pm and sat down with my family. At 12:50 i got up to enquire whats taking so long because people came after me and got their food, when i got up i noticed the guys refilling their stations with containers, etc. when one of the guys saw me, he then grabbed the order from the machine! Did they just forget my order? The food was cold, which made it very difficult to enjoy. I got these huge pieces of cold chicken in the rice bowl which were cold and tasteless. The fries were hard and cold. I asked for spice on the side as well as the turnips, i am yet to receive it. Absolutely worst service.
Food portions are very small. Food does not match the pictures promoted on Uber eats. Shawarma royale near Erin mills are much better and serve bigger boxes and portions
Got the queen fafal to go. Service was excellent and friendly. Wrap is toated and is nicely crisped, making for one delicious wrap and a different than other places.
We went to the lake to spend some time, Felt a bit hungry, the weather was fine. Found a place called Shawarma Royale, Walked in and sat down for a while. I don’t know about their bread before, But this one was soft and I wanted more. We talked as we ate, just me and my mate, The chicken and falafel both tasted great. We came to talk about something deep, But ended up loving the food we’d eat. Shawarma Royale made our evening sweet – With every bite, it felt like a treat.
