The whole experience from drop off and estimate to pick up was easy and fast. They knew all about my very old machines and got them back to working perfectly. They also have a wide variety of parts on hand, even for my old machines.
I called for some advice on my machine as someone new to sewing, and the person who answered my call was really helpful - if my machine needs service I will definitely come here first!
