Call to speak to what I’m assuming was the owner ! I explained to the man that my father-in-law’s jewellery got stolen and if I could send photos of the stolen stuff, and if it did come in, if he could call the police and give them the people’s information, he turned around to tell me that he’s not a snitch he’s not gonna snitch! Which is a illegal I know that for a fact, if it was reported to the police and I’m telling the man that the item is stole are you still in bylaw have to call the Police stating that he has items in his possession that have been reported stolen ! He Just sounded super sketchy and super weird ! Will be calling the police and the Better Business Bureau to let them The shady practises that are happening in this business Especially if somebody’s telling you the necklaces are Stolen and you just essentially don’t care to take any information or any photos in case they do come into Your business!
Yeah so don't come here unless u want your shit to break, i was sent to the hospital after buying an e-bike from them and I bought a guitar and the strings literally just snapped, yeah it's replaceable but 160 dollars for a half asses guitar just go get ur shit new guys lmao it's worth it not worth spending a little less other than that they are semi friendly.
Before I walked into this store there was a man standing out in front smoking a cigarette, I was stopped and rudely asked by him "where was I going?" Then proceeded to watch me from head to toe. I was taken aback, I looked into the store and notice there was no one there. I figured out quickly he was probably running the store. Some word of advice don't go asking people where they are going instead be polite and tell them that you'll be with them shortly. I went to your store with the intention of buying some games but your attitude left a negative impression of your store.
Bought a bass amp owner was super helpful. Let me test it with one of his guitars. We haggled the price got a good deal, no complaints. Don't know why people are giving these guys one-star reviews but I guess everybody's experience is different. Mine was great
The staff are positive, friendly and inviting. They never try to push a sale on you. Great pla e if your looking for a bargain or need some cash back..
Very bad customer service on the phone. Kept repeating “Buy and Sell city” at least three times pretending they couldn’t hear me and then hung up. Called again and they did the same thing, but after I stated “Can you hear me?” at least three times Alex reluctantly said “can I help you?” Very disrespectful behaviour. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Don’t buy from this place
I didn’t buy anything, my daughter went in just to look around and the gentleman there was soo nice to her, answered all her questions and told her she’s welcome back anytime she wants just to loom around ☺️ She cant wait to go back
