Kevin was very nice in helping me over the phone with my Samsung S22. I live a hour away and he was kind enough to help me over the phone. Customer Service still lives !
What a terrible customer service experience! Ritesh is extremely unprofessional. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this service centre. I can’t even believe this place is officially associated with Samsung — it feels like they might be scammers using Samsung’s name.
I called the store to request a repair for my Samsung watch, but the ritesh representative started yelling abusing and cursing at me, accusing me of being a scammer and saying it was a spam call. Kids were with me in the car so i didnot make any comments on that called later on the guy again started abusing and then blocked me ritesh the name he told me will escalate this matter to samsung what an idiot guy he is. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional way to treat a customer.
My first time using their service. I was very pleased. I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max to replace the back which was cracked. The phone was fixed perfectly within 2 hrs. Plus they helped me determine an issue with my other phone. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will use them for all my phone fixes.
I had an excellent experience getting my phone screen replaced here. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Kevin was friendly and explained the process clearly, making sure I knew how long it would take and what to expect. My phone looks brand new again the screen is crystal clear, touch sensitivity works perfectly, and everything was done with great attention to detail. I bought in my camera for repair and Kevin patiently looked into the issue. Although my issue couldn't be immediately fixed, he suggested the potential cause, shared the usual price range for such camera repairs, recommended an alternative repair store and offered to repair it if I wasn't able to find a camera specialized repair store. Great service overall.
This is my go-to service for my Samsung phones. Have used them several times. After replacing the battery, my Samsung J1 got stuck optimizing apps. Repaired it in minutes for a reasonable price. Since then, I have used this service twice for my Galaxy A14 phones. Today, he diagosed and fixed the problem of the replacement Samsung SD card I had purchased on Amazon. The card was not formatted. First time that has happened. Thank you for your great service. Highly recomended!!!
