We picked up some wood from here they said it was dry we took it back to the shop I was working with they put a moisture measurer on it and it was so wet they wouldn't touch it. The wood was super nice and dirt cheap but unfortunately it is useless to us.
Couldn’t recommend more. They custom cut me some 2x2 pieces that I couldn’t find at the big box stores. And they did it at a great price. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need lumber.
This guy knows his wood and has a way of not making you feel inadequate when you ask tons of questions!!! Cannot wait to work together on a special project for my home!!

I needed a small piece in very cold weather and the man was very helpful in directing me and pointing me to pieces that could suit my project. Really appreciate them going the extra mile to help someone who just needed a $30 piece of wood! A real gem in the city.
Guys! Atleast update your hours on map! My husband and I drove for one hour to get to your location only to know that you are closed for the day! No where on their Google listing it says they are open by appointment only or Covid restrictions might apply (see the attached screenshot) The lady on the phone was not concerned and not apologetic at all! You might have great stuff but please also pay attention to your customer service as I experienced a lot of inconvenience today as your google business page shows you open. I’m not sure if I’m coming back to source for my design projects with this kind of service. The owner replied saying they are an outdoor lot and are open by appointment only. Really! Where doors it say that Write write write that on your google listing and also on your website!! So that people like me do not waste their time.
The owner Sid, has horrible customer service skills. We came here to purchase a piece of wood. He quoted us $80-100 dollars and that was with cutting the wood for us to our size etc. My mom told Sid repeatedly she could only afford $80 and actually really wanted to pay $60 since the piece was small. After the wood is cut and loaded on our car, he charges $100. I tried to ask him what piece of wood would have been worth $80 in the pile he gave us to choose from, and of course, he had no answer. He was trying to say that the piece we took, was larger than the others in the same pile, but after measuring it, it wasn’t. Sid is dishonest. He simply wanted to charge $100 and if that was the case he should not have told my mother that $80 was an option, knowing that’s all she could afford. JUST FOR CLARIFICATION, I am not saying the slab wasn’t nice - I am saying that he should not have said $80 when he had NO intention of charging $80. Let your YES mean YES and NO mean NO. Go somewhere where the people are more honest And in response to the owners comment, this is exactly what I was talking about when I said bad customer service.
