Wow! Called a few places before speaking with Asad at 4pm today. Was told could pick up car in 45 mins. Called back to confirm information, ask questions about receipt, quote and payment. Asad had some questions for me also, aluminum rims, cat converter, battery. He was very transparent in their process. At 430 Baqar called to let me know he was here. Took some pictures, looked under the hood, paid me amount quoted and loaded the car on flat bed. Sent email address to Asad for receipt to show Service Ontario. Transfered ownership, had Baqar sign a quick bill of sale.The car was paid for loaded and gone by 445. Received receipt by 5pm Would highly recommend. Both were very pleasant and professional. Horrible ummmm if you want to call it customer servicethe guy that answered the phone couldn't give me a minute of hus time so I could ask a simple question. Honestly I'd rather burn my car in an open field then have these double bags make a penny off of it!!! Boohoo!
