Amazing place, Dr. Dhotar, is super friendly, honest super professional. I’m so glad I found this care centre. I had major back problems, and Dr. Dhotar through his acre and guidance I feel 100% better.
Dr. Dhotar and his Staff are exceptional with their Clients and actually treat them with care. They always take time to ensure that the Client is okay throughout the whole process of their physiotherapy as well as other aspects that may be required. I highly recommend this facility even if you need to travel some distance because honestly - You will never get the treatment and respect that you get from them anywhere else as I have been to other facilities.
I have been suffering from a ankle injury due to a car hitting me while crossing on a pedestrian crossing. Dr.Dhotar and his excellent team of medical professionals helped me in relieving the pain & suffering and a total recovery. .I highly recommend Total care management.

I came to Total Care Management as I had been experiencing headaches related to muscle tension in my neck/shoulders for years. I had previously seen a physiotherapist at a different clinic for this issue. While I did get relief for a short time frame the headaches always returned after a few weeks. Dr. Dhotar not only built a treatment plan for short-term relief, he and his staff worked with me to provide relief for the future. Using multiple treatment methods in clinic and by providing me with stretches to do on my own, i've made significant progress toward being pain free. I cannot tell you how this has changed my ability to enjoy the little things like actually waking up without aches/pain. Not only were Dr. Dhtoar and his staff professional, they genuinely cared about my health!
