I booked a pickleball court , when I got the manager wasn't there , and the court was occupied with people playing basketball.the manager got there 25 minutes after my book time . I asked my refund and they refused to pay me back , the place is not recommended for pickleball and the place is a misleading advertisement.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Kings Court Mississauga (Sismet location). The courts were dangerously slippery, and even after we tried using a mop to clean them, it still didn’t help. We tried to get assistance to resolve the issue, but despite calling the manager, Simar, multiple times, nobody picked up. It’s frustrating when safety concerns are ignored and there seems to be no accountability. Definitely not returning until they take basic maintenance and customer service seriously.
My grandma almost passed out of a heat exhaustion. This is a serious health violation and I will bring this up to OSHA if this isn’t fixed sooner than later. They declined and to
The place has no ventilation except for the entrance and exit doors. A real threat and hazard for health issues like heat exhaustion. The fans they have on the floor do not help but circulate hot air that is inside the building. Also, there are no water fountains and the washrooms are dirty.
I always come here and play every sunday And today i came here with my friends and as we started playing we noticed that the court we booked is very slippery, oily. We tried to sweep it up with the dry mop that they have and lately we noticed that the mop itself is soaked with oil. So i asked the guy taking care of the gym that it needs to be cleaned because it can cause an accident so he did his best sweeping it with the dry mop and tissue but the oil is still there. Now heres another problem we ask if he have other dry mop that is not contaminated with oil and the guys daid thats all the building have one single dry mop and soaked with oil. We cant play like we use to do nobody is enjoying as everyone is being careful that they might slipped and get injured. I hope management can see this and do something about it. I have been always booking a court here every sunday and today june 22 is the worst day to play because we dont get to enjoy it.
The courts are well seperatwd and spacious. There was a full blowout game with cameras and referee and a commentator live play-by-play. It gave that sport experience more edge than other venues. I liked the lesson and enjoyed watching other play too. There is a close cricket area as well for those looking for full court plays
One of, if not the best kings court I’ve ever been too. Facility is great and spacious with 4 different full basketball courts. I messaged the owner Aayiz to see if I could use the gym for basketball training and he said yes without any hesitation. He treats you like you’re his family which you can’t ask for anymore. He is quick to answer any questions and concerns and will even reach out to you to see how things are going and even with a great facility, he is still looking at ways to improve it even more. I’ve dealt with a couple gym owners in the past and some of them aren’t as nice and welcoming. By far Aayiz has been the best. Nothing but great things to say and would recommend this facility!
