Venetian installed a metal railings for us a d i must say they did an excellent job. The installers all performed the removal and installation in a very professional manner. I am satisfied with their service and would recommend their services to others.
I can't say enough good things about them and their work. Diosvany is such a good guy and he's extremely passionate about all of the work his company does - which is rare. I have him recreating 1920's Tudor style railings, gates, etc and everything has turned out absolutely incredible.
We researched and met with five companies before we chose Venetian. Venetian's designs were beautiful and they customized the design we chose to our preference. They gave us exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work was excellent. The company is very responsive and accommodating and their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend them.

The staff was very patient during the planning period leading to my choice of railing design. Installation was within the agreed period and the end result looks even better than I had imagined.
I would not trust this business. I tried to get a quotation from them for over a week. I sent them emails and called over 8 times. I kept getting false promises. This is a red flag. I will take my projects somewhere else.
Tried to get a quote by email, sending them my details and photos. They replied a couple times after much prodding. Then they totally went dark. If they are too busy or don’t want my business- just tell me. Bad customer service for sure. Seems to be a pattern today with many businesses.
