Their truck drivers honk aggressively in road rage. I experienced this personally today on the Gardiner Expressway at approximately the DVP transition to Gardiner going westbound. Our common shared roads have no room for aggressive behavior like this.

I was waiting since 2 hours to get my 1 skid unloaded and when I received call for door 1, a 5 ton guy came and backed up directly at door 1. I went to the office and nobody said anything to him and he got loaded before me.
First time dealing with Bamford and I'm disappointed. Pre ordered a product from last week Friday and was told it would be ready for today, which is Friday. I was literally 5 mins away when I received a call saying they didnt have it in stock. Would of been nice if I received a heads up a few days before. We both know customer service and communication are key. Huge let down for a first impression.
