Called ahead and order a quarter dark. The chicken was good and flavoured well but it was just really tiny. Reminds me of the size of Swiss chalet chicken. The price was rather high as well for what I got. Potatoes were decent. The biggest disappointment was the sauce the side sauce is just a regular hot sauce not what I expected in being the hot oil that they use on the chicken.
First time here. My friend Big Al told me this is a "must go to". And he is absolutely correct. Best Portuguese chicken dinner. Thank you and we will see you all soon !!
We order from the catering menu when we have lots of guests over and it never disappoints. They are great at taking day of orders and their food is delicious. The wings are our favourite!
Ordered through Too Good To Go and it was not a disappointment! Everything went smoothly and the food was great. It’s not oily or overly salty like some other Portuguese restaurants. The people are also lovely and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and ordering more!
Went for a TGTG bag here for the first time and was blown away at the amount of food I got for $9. Super sweet lady behind the counter, she was courteous and quick with the bag, will definitely be back in the future to try the Nata’s as there wasn’t any when I arrived. Thank you once again!
I went here with my fellow colleague for a chicken dinner family combo and it was so so so good and authentic and the owners are so so so lovely. Must support this tasty portuguese chicken restaurant
Ordered from one of the delivery apps whole barbecue chicken, chicken penne, small side of vegetables and fries. The barbecue chicken wasn’t bad at all, it seemed like a small size chicken though compared to similar Portuguese restaurant that serve barbecue chicken or even compared to places like Costco or the big chain grocery stores that offer barbecue chicken, the fries were not bad, the penne chicken was not worth $9.00 and the vegetables were very soggy and mushy. Come to think of it the vegetables look like something that was bought as frozen then heated up or left on those warm tables you often see in restaurant. Anyways if I order again it would only be for the barbecue chicken.
