Went there last weekend and had such a great experience with all of the staff! All of them were helpful and friendly!! The store manager Stephanie went above and beyond! So happy with them! Even just the cute name on the dressing room clothes being hung! Will def return!!
OMG I was shopping at your store and I tried on a 6x BUT it didn't fit and it broke and ripped and they made me pay for it . As a plus size person you should have bigger sizes!!! as plus size store this is so rude and not good and made me feel really insecure about my skinny body!! you NEED to have a bigger sizes!!! I went in looking for a new shirt or two, asked Allison for help and she was fantastic! Ended up buying 3 shirts, a cardigan, a dress and a pair of jeans. She was so helpful - our world needs more employees like her. Thanks Allison!!
Two years later and the service hasn’t declined at all. All the ladies here are super helpful and inclusive, always have good suggestions, I really hope it never closes down! Old review: I had a great experience with Tara today. I went in for their bra sale and to check out their clearance. She was very patient with me and helped me find my perfect size, even though it was so hard to find because I was in between sizes, she never made me feel like I was being too much. I ended up settling with two bras and a pair of jeans. Thank you Tara! ❤️
I am a mature plus size woman I found the clothes very young for me. A great selection though and I must have list a few pounds walking around the Yorkdale mall. It is massive.
Love this store service is alway friendly and helpful there clearance is always by one gget one free love it and the fact that they have something for every personality completely satisfied customer
NEW EXPERIENCE 1 STAR: Below is my old review with Linda and Stephanie. Unfortunately, there's a girl who works there she has blue/green hair caucasian girl. She SHOULD NOT be in a customer service role. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I went into the store last weekend and I saw a dress online. Which I misunderstood, I thought it was for 44.00. I had it on hold and went to pick it up. I confirmed the price with this blue green haired girl and shes like NO! It's regular price but you can buy one and get the other one 20.00. The dress was over 100.00. It was over my budget. I told her, " I am so sorry, I won't be able to purchase this item, it's over my budget." Instead, of her saying, " No problem at all." She gave me a blank look and had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. I could have addressed the issue right there...but she seemed to be such a amateur with customer service and highly unprofessional. I'm done with this location due to this person who lacks the skills of basic C/S. 2018 review down below. All the girls are wonderful. Stephanie is awesome. They are so polite and helpful. I always see the girls working and unboxing their shipment. Multitasking on point. After my sour experience at bramela- I'll always return to the square one location. Edit** I need to acknowledge, Linda too. I went into the store, for haute cash and the girls are always working so hard. You immediately feel the positivity and team work. Linda, helped me with my items and also recommended the face masks!!!? (Thank you so much Linda, the masks are amazing) Stephanie and Linda truly personalize my experience each time. They truly understand and recognize the true meaning of handling a business and always smiles on their faces. Beautiful souls. Torrid, is so lucky to have them on board. Hire more associates like Linda and Stephanie!!!❤
