I went to this pizzeria last week, and from the first moment I stepped in I was poorly served by the staff, a disorganized mess, everyone interfering in each other's work and embarrassing the customer... I ordered online and went there to pick it up, when I arrived there was a pizza ready and they gave me that pizza, and the cashier said that I hadn't paid and needed to pay, in a very rude and stupid way, I said that I had already paid online and they all came at me, thinking that I was going to run away with the pizza hahaha. Bad service, really bad! And the pizza isn't that tasty! I don't recommend this pizzeria to anyone, any other establishment will be better than this one, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. Pizza Nostra 245 is absolutely top-notch! I had the Margherita and Marco’s Special—both New York–style—and they were excellent. Perfectly crispy with no flop, just how real NY-style pizza should be. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the owner was in the store when I picked up my order—super nice guy who clearly cares about his customers and his craft. I saw someone gave this place a 1-star review and honestly can’t believe it’s a real one. There’s no way this deserves anything less than four stars—unless you simply don’t like proper crispy pizza! I drove all the way from Oakville to try it, and it was well worth the trip. My kids loved it too—they even said it’s one of the few pizzas you should enjoy without any extra sauce. Definitely a must-try spot. I’ll be coming back from time to time for sure!
Pizza brings me back the New York vibes I’ve been missing not just in the food, but in the atmosphere too. The pizza is always amazing, but what really makes it special is the customer service. Every time I come in, I’m welcomed like family. I could talk to my friend at the front forever she’s got such a great personality and makes the whole place feel warm and inviting. Really great pizza. Thin, light and crisp. Got half cheese half pep but will be back to try others. Garlic dip was one of my favourites, good flavour and not overpowering.
Went in their place interested in buying 2 pies and wasn't impressed. Saw their bland looking slices with wonder bread white crust. Asked about their Sicilian thicker crust, and saw he makes the crust ahead of time. Day before same day who knows. Keeps the Sicilian precooked crust in a bag under the counter. Being a 1st time visitor I didn't see anything that I'd personally wanna eat there. Based on pics in other reviews, they're all older and look nothing like what I saw there today. I am very happy my better judgement didn't let me buy his bs story or his bland looking white crust pizza.
I hadn’t really noticed this place amid all the other pizza places in Port Credit, but a friend of mine recently recommended it. I was blown away! So delicious!! The sauce is really special (so many places use boring sauce). I will keep dreaming of this pizza! Too bad I don’t live in the area anymore!
