Absolutely vile panzerottis - they were nearly empty with no tomato sauce, no cheese or pepperoni. This location does not cook anything properly nor do they bother following instructions. You are better off ordering from another pizza store than facing disappointment from this Pizzaville at 2889 Derry Road.
It took almost 90 minutes to get our order and they gave us the wrong drinks. They supposedly did not have the drinks we asked for in stock but didn't even call us to ask if we wanted something different; they simply brought whatever they wanted to. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!
I want to share my experience which happened on 1 May 2023, Monday afternoon. My wife lost her gold necklace..It cost around 2500 CAD.Everybody told we lost it .Forget it. We searched everywhere wherever we go from 2. 45 pm to 6.30 pm.Atlast we came back once more to this place because my wife went to the beauty parlour here. Surprisingly one man called us and asked what happened and why you are searching here. we told we lost our gold chain. He asked does it has any special symbols?we told the Ohm locket and date behind that and the CCTV footage we took from all other locations. Then he gave the chain and told he got it from the parking slot. He was Mr.Prijesh Patel , he is working in this pizza shop.He is such a great and honest man.We never forget him.May God bless him and his family abundantly. May God give him good health and long life. Me and my whole family will remember him forever because it was a special chain and locket that we start to wear from our wedding day as a religious symbol. Thank you Sir
Pizzaville is one of my favourites pizza places but I’ll never go back to this one. The place was dirty. Very bad service and to top it off the guy was counting money when I walked in, didn’t wash his hands. Took my order and touch the pizza with his bear hands put it in the oven went back to counting money pulled it out of the oven touched the pizza again throw it on a plate like I was gonna eat it in that dump. When handing food wash you hands or put gloves on. Pizza went into the garbage
