Very arrogant and unprofessional staff. Reception doesn’t reply to the ask and completely ignores the calls/questions and would recommend you to try other offices. Don’t give it a try guys, not worth it!
Had my immigration medical exam at this clinic and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff made everything effortless, and the doctor and his wife were both professional and warm. Everything was organized and comfortable, making the whole visit completely stress-free!
The women who answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude, she makes it hard to access care for my clients especially my client that are not fluent in English. This woman hung on the phone 3 times, once on my client seeking service and twice with me.
I called to ask for the cost of Immigration Medical exam and the lady told me "that people ask for cost and go to someone else and thats my homework to figure out the cost -- bye bye (call ends)". What a professional response and abrupt end to the call. I'll 100% go somewhere and pay more and then come to this establishment.
Sometimes he's nice, sometimes he isn't pleasant and condescending. As a family Doctor he is very moody. Forgets stuff about patients even though the chart is right in front of him on the computer. DO NOT recommend. His immigration examination business seems to interfere with the punctuality for the regular patients. I suppose that is more lucrative since it is a Cash business. TO OWNER'S Comment: Reviews cannot be unethical as they are opinions. I don't even think you know what unethical means.
I chose this place for my sponsorship document medical request, first time booking appointment was really good impression, they responded very quick via email confirm the date and direction to the clinic.When I was there, i also have no issue with doctor Ullah. However i felt disappointed as I had to come back there for my second medical request. The doctor told me to take the sample for TB test asap so that we can have the result after 6 weeks (end of Aug) before the second xray happens in Sep. We have been worried waiting for that 6 weeks, then emailed the centre on Sep-2nd if they had the result, but no one responded. After I took Xray 2nd time, we also tried to wait 10 days before contacting them because we thought it might take 10 days for emedical to be reflected. But this time, on Oct-11, still no one responded. Until end of Oct we felt so awkward, so we called like 5 times (all auto reply) until Sarah picked up, i explained to her the situation and to my surprise, she told me she had not seen my TB result available, thats why emedical was not uploaded so far. She did make a great effort to call the lab immediately to get the results (which i supposed to have since end of Aug) and upload for me. I do appreciate her support for the urgency as my due date with IRCC is near, hence it seems the document has been delayed for upload at least 1 month from the date i finished xray and 2 months from the date I should have the TB result based on 6 week’s Leadtime because somehow no one check with the lab for the result. I hope the centre can pay attention more to the similar situation next time and also for anyone in same situation, pls do not hesitate to call them until someone picks up to make sure everything is on track.
Update: IRCC London Visa Office informed me that they haven't received the medical results. What incompetentence! Will be sending them the receipt for proof. Avoid this doctor at all costs. Causing delays in reunification of loved ones. I hope IRCC takes notice of this. It has been 2 weeks since the medical and results have not been uploaded to IRCC. They don't respond the emails. They were super fast to reply when I was booking my appointment though. I guess once they have the money, they stop caring. Extremely disappointed since this website says results take 5-7 days to upload. Will reach out to IRCC to file a complain due to delay.
