  5 star experience twice! Once for my baby's passport photo by Nancy, and also came back for a family photo shoot. We had Elton, and he made our experience so comfortable, and guided us so well! He was great with our son to get him to smile. We highly recommend them!

  I got Canada PR card passport size photo done by SNAP photo for myself & my wife. It was rejected earlier which was clicked by SNAP but Jessy helped us click again without any extra charge. Jessy went extra mile to ensure picture is clicked again and cut as per the requirement (which was done earlier also but we were clueless what went wrong last time). We received our PR cards today. Thanks Jessy for being so helpful and professional.

  Not happy with the quality of the photo. Also I took the photo for an application but their stamp was almost invisible. If you're taking a phot for admin purposes make sure to check check the clarity of the stamp

  Great experience we took 3 young children and they were extremely accommodating, patient and kind! The photographers were very genuine and offered water and time for relaxing! there was no rush I would highly recommend going with young children! Special call out to Masa and Jessie for being so patient with our family!! 5 stars
