The ladies there were extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to help me with an old memory card and explained the process and cost of converting old reels to usb.
Very reliable photo store. I go here to get my hair film rolls developed. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The services are reasonably priced.
Worst Experience Ever I strongly advise against taking your newborn or any baby to this store, especially for passport photos. The photos we can take on our phones are far superior to what they provide. They expected a one-month-old baby to sit and be held from behind for a passport photo, and informed us of this only after payment. One other major issue with an employee who clearly lacked the skill to photograph newborns and she herself decided on the best photo without consulting us. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at a photo studio in Canada. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.please do not take your newborns especially to this store for any passport photos
I went to take passport size photo for my baby and had the worst experience. They don’t have a proper setup to take photo for a newborn. I was asked to hold the baby upright on a cardboard box placed on a chair . Zero customer service skills and the lady in the store was very rude. Anyone planning to go there for baby photos please refrain.
Refrain going here for baby passport photos. For professional photography service, they do not have blanket to cover and they ask for you to bring one along after you are there already
Came in here for OCI photographs and they were rejected by BLS. BLS does not provide rejection letters for photographs. Yet the store is insisting on a rejection letter and store does not offer refunds because of this. The staff is not knowledgeable. Think twice before coming here.
I like going to Erin Mills Photo to develop my film photos, as well as print out digital pictures. I got shown how to print out digitals through my phone onto their kiosk. Super easy stuff My only complaint is sometimes it takes longer than expected to get my prints, if the printer gets jammed, which happens on occasion. But from I see, the staff are incredible and assure me and other customers that we will be serviced accordingly
