After going on a deep dive of many other companies, Eventii’s rates competitive while offering the best quality of photos. Set up and tear down was punctual and smooth. The attendant was friendly and knowledgeable. An incredible bonus was that we were sent a link to all the photos from the evening. Highly recommend!
We hired Eventti Photobooth as a thank-you gift to our guests at our wedding, and it was an absolute hit! Everyone loved it — the photos were stunning, flattering, and added so much fun to the celebration. We did experience a brief hiccup where the booth stopped printing photos for a period of time. Understandably, I was quite frustrated, but the photobooth attendant handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, working diligently to resolve the issue and get everything back on track. What truly impressed us was the follow-up after the wedding. The owner personally reached out, offered and processed a partial refund without us even asking, and went out of their way to hand-deliver our photo album along with a beautiful tray of gourmet cookies and a handwritten card. That level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction speaks volumes. Eventti went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one, and we are so grateful. We would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to others!
