We used to travel to Burlington in order to take our kids to a specialty dentist practice and found that the drive (and availability of the clinic) was inconvenient. After a recommendation from my FB Mom's group we thankfully found Dental Care 4 Kids and we couldn't be happier with the service! Everyone, from the moment you walk in the door is so kind and pleasant to interact with. The hygenists are incredible (doesn't matter who you get!) and Dr. Chiu is amazing. Dental visits can be scary (even as an adult) because you don't know what you don't know. As a child, I had terrible experiences with unnecessary treatments. We trust Dr. Chiu's expertise and find her to be extremely honest! Our kids are definitely lifers here!! So grateful we found them!!
The space and staff is very welcoming to kids. We've been bringing in our kids for years, and they love it! Through their incredible professionalism, care and patience, every staff member puts the kids and their parents at ease as soon as you walk in. Thank you for making every appointment seamless! Went there for the first time with my autistic son who is 5 at a level 3 I wasn’t to fond of reception dentist was nice but apparently my son has 7 cavities don’t know how they saw that if he wouldn’t even stay put now they telling me they need to put him to sleep to take x rays and put in crowns and whatever else they need to do. I am super uncomfortable with the fact that they putting him to sleep hence I get why but they telling us we can’t be in the room what kind of FOOLISHNESS are you people on???? I need to be in that room I’m sorry also last minute the front desk telling me I need to pay a $200 deposit to book and didn’t understand I don’t have that type of money at all right now like I am just so uncomfortable with them and felt like they are money hungry and they don’t care about our children at all because if I don’t pay that deposit he can’t be seen smh not impressed……
First time bringing my children to the dentist, I must say the experience was great for both of my kids. My son was hesitant but everyone at this Dentist office did a great job in supporting him and also my daughter, they educated them both on dental hygiene and they are following the instructions given right as we came home and even pass day! Thanks so much <3 we will see in 6months check up
The staff at Dr. Jacob’s Dental Care 4 Kids are always so friendly, and professional. They make my son feel comfortable and “at home” whenever he visits (the movies above the chairs are a hit). His dental needs are always well looked after from the gentle hygienist to Dr. Jacob. I couldn’t ask for a better dental care office than this one. Thank you.

My kid had 12 cavities and the office was able to book an appointment in 2 weeks time. Everything went smoothly. Dr Chu and Dr Jacob are amazing! The staff there are patient with the kids.
