We had a very good experinece with the lactation specialist Maria, her being a mom and a specialist she understood my struggle and we solved the issue , she was caring and gentle and she was the only one who told us about the tongue tie problem that my baby was having and now i am a happy breastfeeding mom, Thanks alot for the great job Maria.
The absolute best medical facility that I’ve ever been to. The front staff are friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Ismail is an incredible paediatrician. He is kind, knowledgeable, intelligent, and gentle. In my experience, the wait times have not been awful and the customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with children.
We had our very first appointment with Dr. Ismail today for one of our twins , and we left feeling so grateful. The clinic was spotless and very organized, which immediately put us at ease. Dr. Ismail was incredibly friendly, efficient, and welcoming. He really took his time to listen to all our concerns as new parents, and we never felt rushed for a moment. Even though we arrived late (newborn life!), he was extremely understanding and patient with us. We left our first visit feeling truly optimistic. With how well-run the clinic is, and how patient, attentive, and efficient Dr. Ismail was, we already feel our twins will be in good hands. It’s only our first appointment, but we’re hopeful about the journey ahead and looking forward to getting to know him better in the upcoming visits.
Millcreek Children’s Clinic is absolutely wonderful! Every visit has been a great experience for my family. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and caring—they truly take the time to listen and make sure all of our concerns are addressed. The receptionist staff is just as amazing: friendly, welcoming, and always on top of things. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained, which makes visits feel safe and comfortable. I also love that they offer convenient walk-in availability—such a lifesaver for busy parents! And the kids always look forward to coming because of the fun toys and activities in the waiting area. Overall, Millcreek Children’s Clinic goes above and beyond. Highly recommended for any parent looking for excellent care!
Very nice and clean pediatric clinic. Receptionists were very helpful. Decent wait time for walk in. Doctor Ismail was very caring and listened all our concerns carefully and advised accordingly.
I had the pleasure of working with Maria as our lactation consultant and Dr. Ismail for my Daughter who was dealing with a tongue tie and some refusal. Maria helped in so many ways with my BF journey, and gave me tips and tricks to get my daughter to eat and latch properly, which has made all the difference. Dr. Ismail did an amazing job releasing my daughter's tongue tie, and it healed beautifully with no complications whatsoever. I am very happy I was referred to this clinic!
I came to this clinic after haven gone to another pediatrician where I didn’t have the best experience since my concerns were dismissed. Dr. Ismail on the other hand took his time to listen to all my concerns and addressed all the issues I was having. He was very thoughtful and caring and made me feel at peace.
