One of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had. This studio claims on its website to be open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 Pm on Sunday, which is clearly misleading. I arrived at 1:30 PM only to be told the person was “out” and to come back at 2:30 PM. I foolishly trusted this and waited around for a full hour, completely wasting my time. When I called after waiting, the call was ignored, and then the phone was intentionally switched off. That alone shows how little they care about customers. No courtesy, no professionalism, no basic respect. Running a business like this is beyond irresponsible. If you can’t keep your doors open during stated hours or answer your phone, then don’t advertise yourself as open. This place is unreliable, dishonest about its availability, and not worth anyone’s time. Avoid at all costs.

We had a very bad experience with this photographer. After paying the full amount, he didn’t complete his work and has still not delivered the photos and videos of our wedding. When we tried to contact him for an update, he was arrogant and even insulted my wife over the phone. His behavior is disrespectful and highly unprofessional. We strongly advise against using his services.
I hired them as my wedding photographer and videographer under a signed contract. I paid in full, but after my wedding he failed to deliver the edited photos, video highlights, and full videography as promised. Despite multiple follow-ups, he rarely responds to messages, and when contacted by phone he was dismissive and unprofessional. I only received raw, unedited pictures — which was not what we agreed upon. This has caused me and my family significant stress, as these memories are once-in-a-lifetime and cannot be redone. I would not recommend his services based on my experience.
This place does an excellent job for passport photos. I requested more than two takes and the owner happily obliged. Photos professionally done with the guarantors section and studio information printed instead of stamped at the back. I was charged 10 dollars for 2 photos but I would recommend irrespective of the economic charge.
