I emailed a number of refinishers and received a few quotes via email including James'. I had another company come to finalize the quote which I was happy with and set to go with him, but when it came time to start the project he was nowhere to be found. So, I asked James to come and finalize his quote. I was hesitant at first to go with him, but I am so happy that I did.Firstly, the quality of his work is fantastic! I feel like I have a new kitchen. Our friends and family are blown away by the outcome. James was very responsive to emails/text messages. His timelines were bang on! James and his assistant kept their work space very clean and were very respectful. Also, James was so kind to buy my kids ice cream from the ice cream truck!I am so impressed with his work that I will likely ask him to spray my cottage cabinets as well.I highly recommend James. I used to run a painting business throughout university so I can spot quality work, and James' is quality!
