I went for my appointment with Ivan at 5:30pm this evening, to find no one was there and doors were locked!!! I was sent reminders as well. I tried calling while I was there and no one answered either or responded to my email. At no time did I receive a note to notify me if any changes either, just reminders to show up.
Fil is the man. From analysis to treatment he was able to get me out of a tough spot in August 2022 where I thought I could not lift properly again or be back at full strength. He truly cares about his clients and his efforts have fixed me right back up.
