BriteSpace Offices is a fantastic coworking space. I was there for a little over two years, and the space is always clean and mostly quiet, which makes it easy to focus. The owners, Bilal and Tami, are incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and productive workspace!

Attended a 5 week training course here through work and couldn’t have been happier with the facilities! Classroom/office was comfortable, wifi was fast, lunchroom had a coffee machine for those early mornings and long days. Many thanks to Bilal and the Britespace team for accommodating our office needs!
We had 5 weeks training in one of the classrooms on the 4th floor and they were very accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed the assortment of complimentary hot beverages as well. The building was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend 10/10

I tried BriteSpace recently. I should note that there is no security on site, which if your fob doesn't open the front door or elevator, there is no one to help you on weeknights and weekends and you will have to cancel your meeting as no one will be able to assist you at those times. There are also many technological apps that no other company uses and that in my view add unnecessary time and stress to the process of renting an office. Other people may feel differently. At the same time, the office space itself is nice and could probably be used reliably during the day time. I am subtracting 2 stars for my experience with Dale, who is one of the employees you must deal with for renting. He is unprofessional, yells on the phone, talks over you, is dismissive of your concerns and questions, usually ends the phone call abruptly by saying he has another meeting, cancelled an in person meeting less than 2 hours before it was to occur with no explanation, and called late to the phone meeting today by over 30 minutes with no apology. He told me if I can't use the apps, then I could find another place to rent as this was non-negotiable. He is inflexible and rude. Bilal tried to accommodate me not using the apps, and was helpful overall but I feel upset at the thought of having to interact with Dale again and have decided not to host any regular ongoing meeting at this space. It seems Dale couldn't care less about the satisfaction of customers.
