Sam is a true professional, your guitar/bass is in good hands with him. He is very knowledgeable on all the little details about your instrument. He installed a new set up pickups on my Ibanez, a new tone knob, fixed up all the wear on my frets, and optimized my guitar for the new gauge of strings I wanted. Good pricing and transparency in that regard as well. Highly recommended if you need any work done on your guitar/bass.
40 five star reviews seemed suspicious until I got my Les Paul back. This guitar has never played this well. Flawless setup to my specification. In the future, I will bring all my guitars to Sam.
Sam is great. As simple as that. He is great at communication, wxplaining what's going on, and great at setting up. I played for hours nonstop after my setup and sounded amazing qithout any tweaks. Definitely will come back again and definitely recommended to every guitar player in the area!

Sam is super nice and goes all the way to make sure your instrument gets the care it needs. In my case, he re-modified a right-handed acoustic guitar that I had previously turned left-handed. He changed the nut and gave maintenance to the guitar. Great service in Midtown Toronto.
