My wife and I went and had the full body image got my paper work back after a couple of weeks then the following the images a week later, now my wife got a call from the Doctor they have there and consulted my wife's images....But never gave me a call she told my wife it's running late so and she had us booked for a Sunday 4 pm call she wouldn't do the consultation as promised I got no calls at all and it's been 2 weeks now, but yesterday a woman called to see if the doctor called me back and I told this a a not run the way they advertise not happy should have gone with the other company that does your blood work also still no call... and will want to be refunded.
Nov 14 - appointment Today Dec 13 - still waiting on results. Paid SIX THOUSAND. It should be prioritized. Have emailed multiple times and haven’t heard back. I’ve done Prenuvo before and id suggest them over this scam of a joint.
Such a shady business, run by two owners. Nirav Patel and keyur Shah. We called on Nov 28 for evening appointment my credit card was charged that same day no questions asked . We specifically asked for an evening appointment because that’s the only time we can make it. Then we received two identical emails with the same forms to fill out. On December 8, we got a call telling us we had to arrive at the clinic one hour before the appointment for an eye X-ray. We had to leave work three hours early to make it on time, and the weather was terrible—snowstorms everywhere. We still arrived on time, only to be asked to answer the same questions all over again. After waiting for an hour and a half, we were told the appointment was canceled because the staff couldn’t make it to work due to the weather. Ron, the MRI tech, said the manager would call me to discuss the issue. By the end of the week, nobody had called. I left three messages and sent an email—still no response. If you miss your appointment, they charge you $200. But when they don’t honor the appointment? No accountability, and they already have your money. No invoice has been provided, but they’re still holding the funds.It only took two seconds to charge my card while I was on the call with the clinic, but now it’s taking days to process the refund. There are so many bad reviews about this business. Be careful. We are not going back still waiting for refund. This policy should apply both ways. The appointment was canceled on the spot because the technician was unable to come to work due to bad weather and asked us to reschedule. This is not government-funded healthcare—we pay out of pocket and should be treated with better consideration. Given the inconvenience, will there be a $200 discount or a complimentary service for the rescheduled visit? IMPORTANT: To avoid any charges, please ensure you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. A $200 fee will apply if changes are made with less than 48 hours' notice. If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, the full amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
Do not waste ur time booking an appointment here. If you dealing with something they will cancel ur appointment and tell you to go see ur family doctor. Ive been dealing with something for almost 2 years where I decided to pay out of pocket for an mri so I can get answers and now im back to having to leave the country because our health care system sucks. To the owner that's going to respond and say a bunch of bs, do better. Im suffering that's why I came here to try and get answers and now im back to having zero answers. Read reviews guys because you might waste ur time and 2 days before ur mri it might get canceled
Extremely disappointing experience. My father did his MRI with Whole Body MRI and they said results would be ready within 2–3 weeks it’s now been over a month and we still haven’t received anything. I’ve called several times this location and Ajax, left messages, and even asked to speak to the manager, but the manager never called me back. The only replies I’ve gotten were generic emails saying “sorry for the delay.” This level of communication is unacceptable, especially when people are waiting on important medical results. If you care about your health or your loved ones, DON’T go to this company. There are many other clinics that treat patients with more professionalism and respect!
"Contact Us" why have people waist their time? Can't give more than 0 stars to a company that doesn't respond to email inquiries. If this is how they treat me before they get my money, it doesn't give me confidence they'll treat me with respect after they get my money.
Ive had MS since 2009, & had now done the HSCT transplant, to halt the disease & would like to see the whole scan after, to see that there is no more progression and no active lesions. So my question is can an MRI SCAN be done for this? Would like to see that the disease is at bay with no enhanced lesions. Also if I have medical benefits would ,something like this be covered, if we contact our insurance company,for further questioning?
