The theatre is fine. the reason for the low review is how they deal with their closing. They have movies at 10:45pm, yet lock their doors by 11pm. We got their at 11pm unfortunately but ended up waiting 10 minutes outside in the rain before they addressed us. Its not as if the employees didn't know we were there - they chose to ignore us and let us get wet. Once they did, they said because it was later than 11pm we wouldn't be able to watch the movie. Way to treat customers Cineplex.
The theater was okay but the seats had gum on them. It could use a good cleaning in number 3. The food was good especially the pretzel bites.
Great location. Loved the pedestrian friendly area in front of the building. It's a little different when you enter inside as it has one line for one person to buy tickets from and the rest is from machines. It was all good and an interesting experience!
Spacious, lots of theaters and movies/shows all the time. Game/arcade area for kids. Two levels of theaters. Large washrooms, usually fairly or very clean (depends what time your show is). Always has large displays/cutouts for pictures.
Location is good and this theatre is a great alternative in the area with lots of screens with comfortable seats playing the latest movies. This is the best place to catch punjabi movies in Mississauga. Definitely good quality cinema and excellent staff.
