Gary and Sherry were especially helpful and made the process easy. The mileage was higher than I’d expected for the car’s age, but the staff explained the reason, which was helpful. There were a few small scheduling changes, and I didn’t get the follow-up calls I was told I would—but it wasn’t a big deal since I reached out personally. The car was ready and in great condition at pickup. Really happy with it so far and hope it stays great!
