Was in need of a headstone and met with Manmeen who was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. The prices were amazing and much cheaper than going directly with the cemetery. The quality of the headstone was very nice as well. Very pleased all around.
I attended my mother’s burial in October 2024 and was devastated that her tombstone was still not ready, even though the company had promised it would be. More than a year later, there is still no proper resolution. My family has been misled with repeated delays, empty assurances, and finally, a monument made in black — the one color my mother hated and that we clearly asked them to avoid. This experience has been emotionally exhausting and deeply disrespectful to my mother’s memory. A company that works in such a sensitive field should understand the importance of compassion, accountability, and honoring a family’s wishes. Sadly, this company has shown none of that.
My experience with Casket Outlet Monument has been extremely distressing. I placed an order for my mother’s tombstone in July 2024, while I was overseas, hoping it would be ready for her burial in October 2024. It is now November 2025, and the monument is still wrong — despite paying a deposit of $1,666.75. I chose this company based on their highly rated reviews, hoping for a professional and timely service. Now, after reading through multiple 1-star reviews with very similar stories, I am starting to suspect that the 5-star reviews were fake or misleading. The company lied repeatedly about delivery timelines and gave one excuse after another. Communication was inconsistent, and the designer repeatedly misunderstood even simple instructions. After over a year, they finally sent a photo — only to reveal the stone was black, the exact color my mother hated, instead of the India Red we had clearly requested in writing. When I asked for accountability, I was told the employee responsible had been “fired” — an excuse I’ve now seen in other customer reviews — yet management refuses to correct their mistake or even respond. Emails go unanswered, timelines are ignored, and my mother’s grave remains unmarked. This has been disrespectful, infuriating, and emotionally devastating. I cannot believe a company can treat grieving families this way while taking their money. Do not trust this company for something so personal and sacred.
Paid to redo plaque where the only change we requested is a year change....1980 to 1982. Received 2nd plaque with different size fonts. Photos were provided to show the difference. Attempts to have it corrected was ignored. Response was "we placed the same order with same details".
