He was thorough, approachable, considerate, and patient in addressing all our concerns and answering all our questions (even at 08.00 a.m.). Thanks to Andrej’s efficient work and in-depth knowledge of the technical nuances, we were able to make an informed decision quickly and select a vehicle that was a perfect match for our company’s operations. The entire process of testing the vehicle and reviewing its technical specifications took literary an hour and a half before we made our final decision to purchase the Sprinter from this dealership. Andrej’s attention to detail was exemplary and truly made a difference in our experience with this location. Before visiting the Mercedes-Benz Mississauga Van Centre in-person, we had several appointments at other Mercedes dealerships in the GTA. None of them were even comparable to the high level of professionalism, strong work ethic, and efficient service we received from Andrej and the rest of the team. At other locations, we often struggled to get clear, straightforward answers about vehicles’ specifications or had to leave multiple messages just to hear back from someone who had the necessary information. This is our second Sprinter in 2025, and when we are ready to purchase another in the future, we’ll definitely return to the Mercedes-Benz Mississauga Van Centre and request to work with Andrej Makarevich again. Bought a brand-new van and have already been in for service almost seven times — tire pressure issues, windshield wiper motor replacement, Android Auto updates, tire balancing, and even road force balancing. The van still drives horribly. They originally sold it claiming it was “perfect,” yet it clearly wasn’t balanced or inspected properly. I couldn’t even drive above the speed limit for the first 20,000 km because the suspension and tires were so bad. Even after they “fixed” it, the van still isn’t right — now my tires are choppy and do not drive smooth(Michelin Tires), and they refuse to take any accountability. This dealership clearly lacks proper quality control and customer care. Avoid this place at all costs.
