Has been in visiting this clinic since 20 years, with recent experience in the last 6-12 month was very pathethic, despite booking prior appointment with doctor, one has to wait for one hour or some time more, what is the use of appointment? Please respect patient time.
Im surprised this location has a low rating. This office is filled with the nicest people and they do an amazing job. I personally see Dr. Asal and she’s an angel. 5 stars!
Excellent service. Met the doctor in 20 mins & diagnosed properly. Thank you! Edited after recent visits: Thought doctors are good, Quality of the clinic front desk has gone down drastically..no proper tracking and proper communication. if the organization seeing this - please fix this.
I called to book an appointment at Miclinc to see my doctor and was told I could see him on the same day. However, after waiting for an hour, a lady was let in before me despite being told I was next. When I brought this up with the receptionist, Dr. Karim intervened and spoke to me in a condescending manner, without even introducing himself. He accused me of being disrespectful and said I shouldn't talk to the receptionist because she doesn't know who is next and when i apologized to her and asked if I was being aggressive he answered for her. If the receptionist doesn't know whos next, then who does? This was very unprofessional and disrespectful of Dr. Karim. If Miclinc doesn't operate on an appointment basis, then the management is at fault. However, regardless of how they operate Dr Karim has no right to talk to a patient that way
I read so many reviews about the receptionist and I ignored them but really wish I didn't because they're all true. I've talked to her about 5 times in the last 3 weeks and it's been a negative experience every time. She always seems confused and doesn't seem like she's listening because she keeps saying "yeah" "uh-huh" WHILE I'm talking. She also told me I don't need to call to ask if they received my lab results because she'll call me. A week went by so I called and asked about my lab results and she said they were here. I asked when they got them and she said 4 days ago and I was so upset because this was time sensitive. Sensing I was upset she asked "you didn't get our voicemail?" there 100% was NO voicemail from the clinic. To top it off, in that same call she finally managed to book an appointment for me AND DIDNT TELL ME SHE WAS BOOKING IT AT ANOTHER LOCATION. I showed up for my appointment at this location only for them to tell me my appointment was at another Mi Clinic location - are you kidding me The receptionist is the only reason I will not be coming back to this clinic. Too much of a headache, not worth it.
Incompetent staff creating a huge communication gap between patients and doctors.. Hiring a cheap quality call center doesnt help though. I wish i could've had the chance to call my doctor directly and avoid this mess
Since COVID 19 started and after 2 years of dealing with the Pandemic, this clinic turned to one of the worst clinics and their system unacceptable, patients looking to see or at least talk to their doctor in the same day as they need consultation and prescription not after few days and sometimes a week. Suppose they have multiple doctors to see patients, don’t know what’s wrong with them. No more recommendations to go there and agree with all looking to move to other clinics. And currently using calls center no nothing, if the Managment care should take quick correction action
