Jenna and her team worked weekends to allow our project to remain on schedule. We compressed our warehouse from 500,000 square feet to 318,000 square feet over a 12 month period. The Racked Out Team corroborated with the Operations Team to minimize interference to the operation and be as efficient as possible while condensing 10 foot aisles to 78 inch aisles. The overall professionalism and satisfaction was a 10 out of 10. I would recommend Racked Out to anyone from small to large scale projects including mezzanine, racking, lockers and shelving.
We used this firm for a number Installations in 2015 and 2016. This was a huge mistake. The headaches were unbelievable. The installation at Outset Media was a nightmare. The owner of Racked Out Jenna Brooks subcontracted the installation to 3 different companies. Rows in narrow aisle sections were not installed straight. The mezzanine was not installed correctly and we needed far more flooring to finish at our cost. The customer pointed out to us structural beams were missing many bolts and bolts not tightened properly. Redirack sections were missing safety pins Outset pointed out as well. Rackout shipped 30% more pushback to the site then needed. We incurred additional freight costs. The worksite was a mess and we had a hell of a time getting Rackedout to remove the surplus material and clean up the site. Needless to say we would never use this firm again. Be forewarned
