Called 10 times today line is always busy! How am I to get any help?? I'm a landlord and no support!
It's actually disturbing how they treat their customers. Called 3 times-heard 3 different opinions.Finally, decided to walk in.Took 1 hr to serve 4 numbers.But somehow the woman that Was assisting ME Atook appr 1 minute to explain a complicated procedure!When I asked again-her speech was fast and not clear.She had to REPLY with 'LIKE I TOLD YoUthen again when asked a normal question started with "LIKE I SAID"EMPHASIS ON THE FACT that she must repeat. Painful? then don't roll your eyes Dont make a face.Its Easy-Just Change your job!I Repeat to people on daily basis while At work. Plenty of other job options ou there! Not once Have I used That type of TONE or Language. Unbelievable. I am dealing w a tenant who refuses to pay, refuses to let me in, refuses Mortgage appraiser in, makes insults/threats. Yet She is insulted as She has to tell me again which form First!?Worst service ever. Went in Monday June 11/2018.And to all of you Lanlords-Rest assured that this beauocratic idea of Landlord Tenant officeWill do almost absolutely nothing for landlords. But we already all know that I guess.Would give itMINUS 2 but no such option.
Criminal organization used by thieves and fraudsters to "legally" steal from small landlords without any consequences.
My mother called about her eviction notice because she had tripped and fell due to negligence on Capreit side and now in her lawyer's hands. She received excellent service from the customer rep she spoke with. She said she had given my mother a sense of relief because my mother has high anxiety and when she received the notice my mother anxiety resulted in her collapsing and we called the paramedics and she was sent to the hospital and was provided medication. She will be going down there tomorrow to talk about the eviction notice. Just have patience or just go down to the office. Good Luck!
I went many times to Landlord and tenant board. All the laws protecting the tenants not small landlords. We poor landlord has nothing to do just accept the situation. When there will be balance Law for both the parties. When people goes to grocery buy food and decide not to pay what happened, security will kick them out right the way, but for a poor landlord, a tenant does not want to pay, all sympathy goes towards to tenant. the way judges treat landlords, looks like all landlords are criminal , trying to evict the poor tenant because they do not pay their rent. What a law !!!. No body ever look at the loss of the landlords cost of eviction and loss of rent and another thing I will ever understand your home and u do not have right to tell a bad tenant to go .When some one will look at those landlord tenant laws and try to fix it.
