Purchased a product as a gift; when we tried setting it up, the item was noted to be defective - not physically broken or visually broken but not in a working state. When trying it in the store without a proper set up it appeared to be working - however upon proper full set up the item does not work as intended. These are usually return products so it’s somewhat likely that sale may not work as intended. Do not buy an item from here as a gift as their “return policy is 2 days”.
We did a load from Mississauga to Orleans On. I have also tried to reach out to your team but no one replied. Ask Sniper Logistics (the carrier you use) to pay us for the load we did on Oct7-Oct 8,2024. You should not be using such carriers. We already delivered your load safely to your location.
Although you will discover the majority of the items here, this is a pricey location with only a two-day return or exchange warranty. In some situations, sales are final until defective. For example, $70 of equipment from Amazon will cost you roughly $40 excluding taxes, you get 40% discount with no return option that I think is big risk. Thank you
Would not recommend .. some of the products are listed more than MRP ( you could buy the product cheaper like on good Friday or offers ) and these products have defects and are returned items. Pellets won't have good items as they are scraped and put on shelves. I brought new products from Canada computers flyer deals, which were way cheaper than this place even after their discount.
