I initially had a good experience at this Lincoln dealership, but unfortunately things changed completely afterward. I was given several promises that were never fulfilled, including the remaining payment they owed me after purchasing my vehicle. Manager Ali was not honest with me, and once they sold their car to me, they completely stopped responding. Zoey also kept giving me inaccurate information, and now none of them answer my calls or messages. I dont know what the person shiuld be called once he doesnt give your money that owes you. I feel misled and ignored, and the lack of professionalism and responsibility has been extremely frustrating. What started as a positive experience turned into a very disappointing one. I do not recommend this dealership based on how they treated me and how they failed to honour their commitments.
They are selling 2024 hybrid lincoln nautilus cars with some defect or recall to the customers without informing them in advance. Two weeks after selling we only get to know after making a few calls to the dealership that this has been the case. This type of fishy behaviour makes us think about not getting North American cars. Japanese and German cars are not only the best but their service is top notch too. People at the senior most authority at this dealership are only responsible because our experience solely at sales and reception was excellent. Top most officers who are the decision makers are fully 100 percent at fault. Other dealerships take care of recalls pretty quickly rather than waiting for months.
