Didn’t have a great experience. My things never got delivered and they didn’t have the decency to inform us. We had to follow up multiple times and then a refund was issued. My new move was soured because of the experience.
Why would you go anywhere else but here for any lighting furniture!? They have the best selection I’ve ever seen , each piece is beautiful . You will find what you need here ! High recommended!
My husband and I recently purchased a large kitchen chandelier at Ultra Lighting on Dundas. As it was quite large, we were on the fence. Bryan was so helpful and encouraging - and patient!. We finally went with his advice and we are beyond pleased with the result. Love our new light and we will shop at Ultra Lighting for all our future fixtures. The quality and prices are amazing. Five Stars! I recently purchased two outdoor lamps from Ultra Lightning, and once again, I’m thoroughly impressed. This wasn’t my first time shopping here, and it certainly won’t be my last. The selection is outstanding—whether you’re looking for something classic, modern, or unique, they have it all. Brian, the owner, is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand what you're looking for and offers great suggestions. I had a small issue with one of the items, and when I went back, it was handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction. It's rare to find a store that combines quality products with exceptional customer service. Ultra Lightning is a gem! Highly recommended.
Absolute worst customer service. The lack of professionalism and incompetency displayed by this company is astounding. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.
Unfortunately they do not seem to honor their warranty period. I bought a $800 light in 2018 with a 5 year warranty and it broke at the end of 2021, and despite multiple calls and emails they continue to say "we'll get back to you" each time I follow up. It is now 2023 and nearly the end of my light's warranty and no peep from them after an average of one call a month and two emails. I even went in person to the store to ask for Bryan only to be told he is "out of office" and will return my call the following week with no follow up. Store has a good selection but poor customer service and warranty guarantee. Manufacturer (Eurofase) also won't work with me and will only work with the retailer I bought it from so my hands are tied getting this $800 light fixed.
