I love my 'Kelly' backpack purse from Hides so much. I use it daily and it fits my laptop, my agenda, an extra book, makeup, phone etc. I especially appreciate the pocket in the back so I reach things without removing the bag. The side pockets are also useful and I appreciate all the ways that I can sort what I keep in the bag. When I ran into an issue with this item that was covered by the lifetime warranty, they sent me a replacement bag, promptly. A smooth, much appreciated process! Thank you. I hope you keep making these quality products for years to come.
I purchased a wonderful Hides Tech Pack which has been perfect for my needs. Recently, there has been a problem with the zipper. I contact Hides, they responded quickly, asked for a photo of the problem and got back to me right away. My pack is under warranty and a replacement pack is on its way. Along with great bags & packs, Hides has outstanding customer service.
Very bad customer service. It’s my husband’s birthday and I have been promised that I will have the shipment in 1-3 days and nothing yet. Called them multiple times as well as emailing them and no one replied. I wonder if they even care about my reviews here. Wanted to shop more but, with this experience Never gonna shop here again
This company will definitely get sued sometime since it is showing major signs of scamming. Once you pay thinking you will get a refund if anything goes wrong, you are deep inside their scam. Products have defects in them and aren’t as advertised. DO NOT BUY.
Went to the GTA location to exchange after ordering too small size of jacket.Everything went smoothly and saw some of their other products.Just wow.The quality is way above mainstream manufacturers and it looks it.thanks jeff
Excellent customer service - I inquired about an extra loop for the shoulder strap on a tote I ordered, and immediately Customer Service stepped up and provided it. Great job!
Edit: I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Yes, there was an initial delay in response which had me worried considering the cost of the bag. But since then, the customer support has been responsive and I’ve received a replacement. Note: email seems to be the best way to reach them.
